from the cooperation between LNS and Ba Ba Hoi Cooperative (Quang Nam, Vietnam), with the mission of bringing the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine to the world. From its early days, Truong Xuan has set a clear direction: to build a modern, sustainable food enterprise aligned with ESG principles and evolving consumer needs for transparency, health, and quality. With over 25 years of experience in product research & development (R&D), manufacturing, and international trade, Mr. HENRY is a seasoned leader in the fields of premium processed food, seafood, and agricultural exports. He has held key leadership positions across multiple companies within the LNS Global ecosystem, contributing to the success of Vietnamese products in both domestic and international markets.

His cross-functional expertise spans from strategic product innovation to export operations, helping bridge the gap between local specialties and global quality standards
