The company’s Ba Hoi Tro cake has been produced for many years. The ash cake has a sweet red bean filling, Quang Nam people call it banh tau xa, Northern people call it Gio cake.

The cake is made from sesame ash according to a traditional burning recipe. The aroma of ash and the yellow color of sesame plants combine with glutinous rice to create a soft, smooth, naturally golden product. The cake is wrapped in chit leaves, which are leaves used only to wrap ash cakes with a characteristic color when cooked. Currently, the company produces 2 types: U Tro cake and Tet cake.

The product is manufactured on a modern production line, meeting HACCP standards at the factory of Truong Xuan International Food Joint Stock Company.
Currently, Ba Ba Hoi Tro cakes are available daily at Winmart, BigC, Co.opmart and more than 100 clean agricultural product stores in the Central region, with the highest output during the Doan Ngo Festival.
It is known that on the occasion of Doan Ngo Festival in 2024, the cake output will reach 120,000 cakes. This year, the company plans to supply 180,000 cakes to the market.
