Lemongrass Marinated Flying Fish 250g is a typical dish of the sea, combining fresh flying fish, fresh lemongrass, chili, green onions and traditional fish sauce. The mild spiciness of chili, the strong aroma of lemongrass and the natural sweetness of fish create a rich, unforgettable dish, suitable for daily meals or as a party dish.
How to use:
Baking: Preheat oven to 180–200°C, bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway. You can brush with oil to prevent the fish from drying out.
Frying: Defrost naturally, fry both sides until golden brown, medium heat.
Stewing: Defrost, stew with fish sauce, pepper, chili, coconut water to taste.
Best served with hot rice, raw vegetables, fish sauce with garlic and chili.
